  Tarra Motors keeps texting me although I have never used their service. I have called them twice and replied to several texts and blocked their numbers and they still keep using my number. They are providing another clients details to me including pics, license plate and all the issues with the car. This is a obvious breach of client confidentiality and they do not appear to care. I feel sorry for the actual customer who has not been getting their updates for the past 1-2 years!

  If Google allowed zero stars I would give them zero. Took my VW Passat in for an electrical fault. It needed a switch. Its under warranty and they agreed to call the warranty company to get approval so they can then book the job. Called them 3 times with no further response. I imagine because the warranty company said no way can you charge $450 for putting in a switch? Or am I being cynical?

  I’m extremely disappointed with the Goodie the Sales Manager, Goodie, at Tarra Ford. She accepted my contract ( deal ID 12072) and deposit for a Ranger Sport V6 that was subject to an employee discount and then renege on the deal a day before collection because she decided that the Ford bonus for the employee discount was not good enough.
  This is a clearly a dealership that values profits way above honesty, employees or customers. I would not recommend dealing with a dealership that does not have the customer’s and employees interest at heart.
  
  The Dealership has the right to choose to not honour the Ford employee privilege club pricing but to agree to it and then renege a day before collection is not conscionable.

  Whilst on holidays we had an issue with our Ford Territory which was a worry being so fat away from home Staff were very helpfull and arranged for the car to be looked at and diagnosed and gave us a quote. They ordered the parts in and we had the the car fixed within 2 days with a minimum of inconvenience.Price was very reasonable

  Blatant rip off practices at this place.
  We needed a window motor replaced, they quoted $130 for the part & $550.00 for 3 hrs labour - for a job any competent mechanic can do in under ONE hour.
  Due to international travel commitments, the decision was made to book it in for repair anyway (aaaargghh!!!) - They had the car for over a week, completed a door lock safety repair that was required by Ford under consumer safety recall and that was at Ford 's cost and did nothing about the window motor repair.
  They didn't even order the part needed in that time - but when we went to collect the car they refused to release it to my daughter ( her car) until a $179 "Quotation Charge" was paid.
  A charge that was NEVER disclosed in our dealings with them prior to her being compelled to pay it today.
  and the window remains unrepaired.
  We will be following it up with a complaint to the MTA and Ombudsman, and NSW Fair Trading and the CCCA.
  I am sure it wont be their first outraged customer complaint.
  My advice - Find another repairer for your car - ANY other repairer.
