MY FAMILY AND I WERE LEFT WAITING OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN FOR OVER 1 HOUR TO COLLECT OUR LOVED ONES ASHES. WE WERE NOT ASKED INSIDE TO WAIT OR OFFERED ANY KINDNESS WHATSOEVER. WHEN WE QUESTIONED THEIR LACK OF CARE AND CONSIDERATION WE WERE VERBALLY ATTACKED AND THREATENED BY THE OWNER. HE SUGGESTED HE MIGHT JUST KEEP THE ASHES AND NOT RETURN THEM TO US. MY SISTER QUESTIONED THE LEGALITY OF THIS AND HE SHOUTED AT HER TO LEAVE HIS PREMISES BEFORE HE CALLED THE POLICE TO HAVE HER REMOVED. IT WAS A MOST DISTURBING AND TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. HE ALSO SAID HE WILL TAKE ME TO COURT IF I PUT THIS ON PUBLIC MEDIA........ - Chris Murphy Added July 06, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★John and his staff have been more than compassionate, caring and professional. We've used John' s services on numerous occasions ourselves and have been involved with the company regarding arrangements for friends and their families.
Personally I couldn't praise John Whyman high enough to do justice for what he does for the area.
